Extending DAR BOUAAZZA Factory

The year 2013 saw the implementation of the second phase of the project in our site Dar Bouaazza.

This phase corresponds to:

•The expansion of finished product storage 

• The construction of a waste collection center

• The construction of a maintenance workshop

• The construction of a specific raw materials storage warehouse 

•The expansion of finished product storage 

The total surface area of the store rises from 3000 m2 to 1500 m2 including 7400m2 free.

• Construction of a waste collection center:

COLORADO voluntarily chose to be ISO 14001 certified and to fulfill the requirements of this standard and those of Moroccan law 28/00, a waste collection center of 1000 m2 was built.

The waste collection center has 5 compartments for sorting and storage in respect of waste generated before removal.

• Construction of a maintenance workshop:

Maintenance function is crucial for the proper functioning of operating activities.

In COLORADO, maintenance function includes three trades, namely auto mechanics, electrical and electromechanical as well as plumbing and boiler making.

• The construction of a specific raw material warehouse 

To conform to ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards, a specific raw material warehouse was built on a surface area of ​​460 m².

This extension work was crowned by the extension of the central road of the site as well as the upgrading of the back door (gatehouse) and thereby facilitating access for delivery or reception from both sides.
