Colorado, a tobacco-free company
For the 4th consecutive year, COLORADO has been awarded with the "label OR" - "Tobacco-free Company" by the Lalla Salma Foundation - Prevention and Treatment of Cancers.
COLORADO registered in August 2013 in the "Tobacco-free Business" program to offer its employees a healthy and pleasant environment where it is good to work.
This award recognizes the efforts of all staff involved in the success of this program.
As part of the "Colorado, a tobacco-free company" program and to reduce smokers' rates, the company set up a two-part action plan:
• Awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco and the benefits of smoking cessation for smokers and non-smokers.
• Tobacco cessation assistance provided by the Colorado Medical Service.
COLORADO subsidizes all medical withdrawal costs for people wishing to stop to smoke.
